Admissions Process

Our early childhood program serves children from approximately 3 through 6 years of age. The primary developmental milestone required before starting in our primary environment is toilet independence. Children must wear underwear, be able to recognize and communicate their toileting needs, and manage using the restroom independently. If your child is under age 3 or still working toward toilet independence, we invite you to fill out an inquiry form and we will add you to our mailing list for future admissions notifications.

We welcome new families to our school community! To begin the application process today, please follow the steps outlined below:

  1. Complete and submit our new child enrollment form (online or in-person).

  2. Schedule a school tour.

  3. Submit required documentation (including income or smart steps verification, along with your child’s TN Certificate of Immunization).

  4. Review and sign the enrollment agreement.

Start dates depend on current school capacity and individual needs. Once enrollment commitments are established, we work directly with each family to select a start date and create a personalized phase-in plan for their child.
